Discontinuation of eating or drinking something that isn’t supporting your health

Drinking the right amount of water

 

Just one. Things get mundane and harder after the motivation wears off.

An experiment – for a year. To experience all of the areas of your life that will get the unfathomable effects of this. Not only the specific results of the action itself but the commitment, discipline and belief in yourself that comes with committing to yourself for a significant duration of time.
