A Simple Exercise To Protect Yourself From Other People’s Energy


Are you sensitive to other people’s energy? Do you have people around you that can make you feel drained or edgy?

Here’s a quick, simple and effective exercise you can do to keep your energies separate if you have to be around them.

Imagine that you have a color of light all around you. Any color you want.

Then imagine that this other person has another color of light around them. Give them a pretty color color. They could probably use it. Unpleasant people are suffering, even though they may be trying hard to cover it up or may not even be aware of it.

This exercise creates an energetic boundary around you, so that you can keep from absorbing their energy. You can do this for several people at a time if you need to. Keep this image in the back of your mind whenever you’re around this person.

Need to get rid of some energy you picked up?

Imagine that you have a large cord going from the base of your spine to the center of the earth. You can send anything you want to release down that cord, like a drain. It will go into the earth and be burned up and dissolved like mulch.

Make sure to refill yourself with energy from the sky.

Imagine a golden sun pouring energy into the top of your head, filling up your entire body with light.

Practice these techniques to feel more energized and not as affected by unwelcome energy from people around you.

The more you do it, the easier it gets, becoming almost automatic to create healthy boundaries for your energy.
