Hey there, I’m Jill.

I’ve been a holistic wellness practitioner since 2010 but I’ve been a student of natural healing techniques since about 1994. I love making a healthy lifestyle fun and flexible; freedom is high on my values list.

I’m an advocate for whole food, plant-based living. I believe in food’s ability to impact our physical health AND our emotional well being, as well as the overall health of the planet.

My goal is to empower people with the tools to be in control of their health and their time. There is so much that we can do for ourselves to have an amazing quality of life.

I intuitively listen to where my clients are struggling and help them with a customized plan for their unique needs.

I work physically, energetically, emotionally and spiritually to create lasting change.

I love what I do!
