Hey there, I’m Jill.
I’ve been a holistic health practitioner since 2010 but I’ve been a student of natural remedies, nutrition and wellness since I was just a teen. I love making a healthy lifestyle fun and flexible; freedom is high on my values list.
I’m an advocate for whole food, plant-based living. I believe in food’s ability to impact our physical health AND our emotional well being, as well as the overall health of the planet.
My goal is to empower people with the tools to be in control of their health and their time. There is so much that we can do for ourselves to have an amazing quality of life.
I intuitively listen to where my clients are struggling and help them with a customized plan for their unique needs.
I work on the physical level, but also energetically, emotionally and spiritually to create lasting change.

Jill Davenport is a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top wellness experts, including Dr. Andrew Weil, Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Katz, Geneen Roth and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. She continued with various coaching trainings afterwards.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from California State University Northridge, Jill studied several healing modalities including Reiki, Essential Oils, Lymphatic Drainage and Craniosacral Therapy. She graduated from the Shiatsu Massage School of California and continued to advance her Vodder Technique Lymphatic Drainage training at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing.
She’s a member of the International Association of Health Coaches, a member of CAMTC, a Certified Usui Reiki Master and an Essential Oils Educator.
